INNER-CITY houses for less than $1 million are on the verge of extinction.
There are fewer than 15 houses within a 10km radius of the CBD listed on the open market with a six-figure price tag, analysis of Sydney listings data has revealed.
The majority have only one bedroom, or require considerable renovation to a liveable standard.
Others are so rundown they are being sold for land value and would likely only appeal to those looking for a knock-down-rebuild project.
