Cuderman’s journey began when she entered the industry at the age of 17, eager to learn the ropes. By adhering to the principles she acquired during her early years, she has successfully amassed wealth and property. Currently, she owns four houses, all of which she plans to renovate and sell for a profit within the next ten years.

In her interview with realestate.com, Cuderman generously shared advice for aspiring homeowners, emphasizing the importance of hard work and personal development over indulgence in social activities. She recounts her own experiences, stating that for three years starting at the age of 18, she dedicated herself to her goals, ultimately reaping the rewards. According to her, the effort invested directly correlates with the outcomes achieved.

Originally from Redcliffe, located in Brisbane’s north, Cuderman initially took on the role of a receptionist at 17 with the intention of becoming a real estate agent at 18. Her primary focus was saving money for property deposits that she and her brother could use to renovate rundown houses. Now, at the age of 24, she proudly owns and resides in one property while actively renovating it, in addition to three other investment properties.

Known within her office for purchasing what she jokingly refers to as “the world’s worst houses,” Cuderman recently acquired a house with a granny flat, currently undergoing renovations. She credits her brother as the primary renovator, responsible for managing the projects, while she delegates crucial tasks such as electrical work to professionals. Acknowledging her physical limitations in terms of visiting the sites regularly, she heavily relies on her brother’s assistance.

Although Cuderman made her latest property purchase during a period of high prices, she plans to hold onto it for up to ten years. Her strategy involves acquiring properties that offer opportunities for adding value. Her experience as a real estate receptionist provided her with valuable knowledge in property management, leasing, and sales, leading her to pursue accreditation as a real estate agent through an “apprenticeship.”

Cuderman’s achievements have not gone unnoticed, as she was recently recognized as one of Brisbane’s most hardworking real estate agents, securing the fourth most sales on realestate.com.au. Despite the challenges faced by Australians due to 11 interest rate increases since May 2022, making homeownership increasingly difficult, Cuderman’s success serves as a testament to the power of determination and hard work.

A recent Resolve Political Monitor poll revealed that many young Australians and middle-income earners have lost hope in ever owning a home. High house prices and rents have deterred younger individuals from entering the real estate market. Jim Reed, director of Resolve, highlighted the impact of these financial obstacles, with some young people giving up on both homeownership and starting families due to the overwhelming financial burden.
