Liz Watson, the current owner who has managed the shop for 16 years, is seeking a new proprietor to maintain the cherished dairy’s legacy. She emphasizes the importance of continuing the tradition of serving the giant ice creams that have attracted customers over the years.

Primarily frequented by students, many of whom also work there, the dairy operates from 7 am to 10 pm daily. However, Watson feels it’s time for a change after years of long hours and is eager to pass on the reins to someone with fresh energy.

Despite her decision to sell, Watson believes there’s ample opportunity for growth and enhancement under new ownership while retaining the essence of what has made the dairy successful. She encourages potential buyers to maintain the dairy’s charm while adding their unique touch to it.
