OPINION: I’m getting tired of how this housing crisis is being misconstrued in the wrong direction and what is and isn’t being described as a crisis.
I’m not denying there is some sort of housing crisis because it does exist – it exists at the bottom end.
A crisis is when you can’t afford a roof over your head, when you are in a motel.
A crisis is when you are having to pay so much for that roof over your head – which is a number one priority – that you can’t afford to clothe and feed your kids properly.
