Media personality Erin Molan has snapped up a bargain apartment in swanky Bellevue Hill — here’s an exclusive look at what it looks like inside.

The 2Day FM breakfast host has recently joined Sky News and The Daily Telegraph after quitting Channel 9.

The three-bedroom apartment in Benelong Cres was bought last October but has only just settled in Molan’s name.

The Ray White TRG agent who sold the unit, Zac Rabin wasn’t keen to discuss his high-profile purchaser, though it’s known it was previously in the hands of another agent who had been unable to sell it.

Molan picked it up for $2,475,000 in a mortagee in possession sale, considerably less than the developer’s original expectations for the apartment that has remained unsold since the block was completed in 2019.

Still, it’s a considerable upgrade from the Randwick unit that Molan co-owned with her former partner, Sean Ogilvy.

That had sold for $1.68m late last year when the couple, who have a three-year-old daughter, Eliza, split up.
