According to multiple reports, the couple who tied the knot in May this year, splashed $US14.5 million ($22.7 million) on a charming beach shack in Carpinteria, California.

The property in southeastern Santa Barbara, which is just steps away from the sand, was previously owned by American television host Conan O’Brien.

Conan first listed the home back in July for a reported $US16.5 million ($25.8 million).

It’s understood Conan renovated the beach shack, which now takes on a modern feel.

The abode consists of a two-bedroom, one-bathroom main residence, as well as a guest house with two bedrooms and an open-plan living area.

Interiors take on a coastal aesthetic with timber floorboards, whitewashed walls, floor-to-ceiling windows that take in the incredible ocean views, and a neutral colour palette.

Kitchens boast sleek granite benchtops and top-notch appliances, and the bedrooms are cozy with plantation shutters and an angular ceiling.

Kourtney and Travis legally wed on May 15 in Santa Barbara, California, followed by a lavish ceremony with friends and family on May 22 in Portofino, Italy.
