In the past decade, the couple, both 56 years old, acquired two penthouses, merging them into a mega-apartment in the upscale Latitude Building in Sydney’s Milsons Point. Subsequently, they added four more apartments in the same building. The acquisitions started in 2009 with a 420sqm pad on the 21st floor, expanding to include a slightly smaller 380sqm apartment with superior harbor views in 2012. In 2011, they invested $2.68 million in a 19th-floor apartment initially used as a home office. Their latest purchase, a three-bedroom apartment, was made in the previous year, bringing their total investment in the building to $27.5 million.

The couple has enhanced the property with an 18m swimming pool, a new gym, a full-sized tennis court, and grass mounds for privacy.

The couple’s Beverly Hills residence, acquired in the same year for $6.77 million, is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property situated among notable neighbors such as Adele, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Jennifer Lawrence. The residence features a full-floor, upstairs master suite with dual walk-in closets, a designer-chic bathroom, and a spacious sitting room and office.
