Music superstar P!nk has put her hard-earned cash to good use via the purchase of an incredible new Los Angeles home, formerly owned by another entertainment icon, but the price paid has raised more than a few eyebrows.

The $18.16 million (US$13.7 million) waterfront home in famed Malibu was secured by the Just Like a Pill singer in an ‘aggressive’ bidding war, Dirt.com reported.
The five-bedroom residence, originally built in 1976 and the ex-home of revered American singer-songwriter Barry Manilow, was on the market for US$13.5 million.
P!nk and her husband Carey Hart need to fork out US$200,000 over the listing price to secure the property.
