The property is being sold by Gold Coast prestige real estate agency Kollosche and is going to auction at 3pm on April 28.

According to realestate.com.au data, it was last sold for $2.7 million in May 2022. The median price for four-bedroom houses in Palm Beach is currently $1.57 million, based on 53 properties sold over the last 12 months.
