According to realestate.com.au a LUXURY Broadbeach Waters property where an Insta-famous couple filmed workout videos for an audience of millions has been listed for sale.
Fitness professionals Joel Bushby and Stephanie Castree, of the Natural Transformer, paid $1,800 a week to rent the resort-style five-bedroom Gold Coast house for about two years from 2020.
The Mediterranean-look home on a 911sqm block at 8 River Cres will go under the hammer on October 23.
It is marketed by Dan and Essie Moloney, of Adcock Prestige.
“We’d been travelling the world for two years and then we decided we’d find an area we wanted to live, and we wanted to make sure we had a place that was good for content too,” Ms Castree, 30, said.

“We have a really big following on Instagram and TikTok, so that place was just amazing for our footage because there’s just beautiful backdrops everywhere, and the quality of life was great too — it’s like being on a beach holiday but you get to live there,” she said.
Ms Moloney said the home had a “picture-perfect look and feel”.
Features included a waterfront pool and hotel-standard living areas, she said.
“The home has vivid white finishes, a north-facing aspect along the bend of Main River plus a sandy beach, jetty and boat ramp,” Ms Moloney said.
“This property has truly been taken care of and it has that blend of Mediterranean and Balinese influences that makes it quite unique.”
Mr Bushy, 39, and Ms Castree moved to the Sunshine Coast after purchasing an acreage property there this year.
