Pint-sized YouTube star Boram is only six, but she’s well on her way to becoming a real estate mogul after snapping up a luxury address.
A Korean YouTube celebrity has made headlines after breaking into the property market — at the tender age of six.
The girl, known only as Boram, has emerged as a bona fide YouTube star in recent years after amassing a whopping 30 million subscribers on the platform.
She shot to fame after attracting followers through her popular toy reviews and playful clips.
According to CNN, she purchased a five-storey building in the hip, wealthy South Korean suburb of Gangnam in the capital Seoul — an area made famous by the 2012 hit Gangnam Style by Psy — earlier this year.
The property was reportedly bought via the Boram family company for a staggering 9.5 billion Korean won ($A11.5 million).
