Before he bought the winning ticket to a $180 million jackpot in 2014, Rick Knudsen used to admire a massive luxury home being built into the mountains overlooking his southern California home. After his windfall, Mr. Knudsen spent $5.5 million to buy that mansion on the mountain.
The former construction executive says he’s better off financially than ever, but he’s now selling the property as part of a 845-acre luxury ranch packagethat includes a saloon and 45 grass-and-apple fed buffalo. The asking price: a cool $26 million.
