A Pelham man faces drug and weapons charges after confronting a real estate agent with a gun who was showing a house in his neighbourhood.
On Tuesday, Niagara Regional Police responded to a call after receiving information that a realtor had arrived at a house to show it to a client and was met by a man from a nearby home with a large gun.
The real estate agent immediately left the area and notified police.
After containing the residence, the suspect left in a vehicle and was arrested without incident, police said in a news release.
