  • A NORTH shore home has sold for a mammoth $3.65 million to a buyer who inspected it via a video calling app while 6000km away.

The Hong-Kong based buyer purchased the property in Roseville-Chase, near Chatswood, after the selling agent showed him around the home using the FaceTime app on her phone.

Belle Property-Lindfield’s Lisa Davies said the FaceTime inspection was just as thorough as a conventional walk-though and took about 40 minutes.
