From pro basketballer to working mum and being named one of Australia’s top selling real estate agents for 2019 — Harcourts Semaphore principal Kate Smith proves that you can have it all.

Adelaide principal Kate Smith is the first to admit that her former glory days as a pro female basketballer helped set her up for a life in real estate.

Ms Smith, who heads Harcourts Semaphore, was 15 when she was talent spotted by the Australian Institute of Sport.

By then, she had been working in her mum’s real estate firm, while also fulfilling her professional basketball dreams.
