🎤 Jackie O Henderson’s dream home in Clovelly has caused a stir — and it’s not just the million-dollar makeover getting attention.
📸 The KIIS FM star bought her $13.25 million seaside property in March 2023 with plans to transform it into a luxe three-storey mansion — complete with panoramic views over Gordons Bay, a double garage, and an in-ground pool.
But while her vision screams Amalfi Coast chic, neighbours are apparently hearing nothing but jackhammers and tradies yelling directions.

According to some residents, including one vocal neighbour named Lynn, the construction chaos has included:

“I don’t want to have to go to them every time I want to get out of my driveway,” Lynn vented.

A council spokesperson confirmed:
🧾 “The only complaints we’ve received relate to sedimentation run-off into the ocean. No complaints about noise or traffic.”
✅ Builders responded promptly, installing extra sediment barriers and complying with all council requests.
Still, neighbours argue that complaining is pointless.
“They don’t care,” said Lynn.
Council insists otherwise:
