Amazon founder and the world’s third-richest individual, Jeff Bezos, has added a $125 million mansion to his growing collection on Florida’s exclusive “Billionaire Bunker” island. This acquisition comes just two months after he purchased the adjacent property for $107 million.

The 7-bedroom, 14-bathroom estate, originally listed at $134 million in May, saw Bezos securing a seven percent discount on the purchase, according to Bloomberg’s report. Located on the man-made barrier isle of Indian Creek Island, this 1771-square-meter residence sits on 1.84 acres and is renowned for its own municipality, mayor, and police force. It boasts impressive amenities, including a pool, theater, library, wine cellar, maids’ quarters, sauna, and a six-car garage, as indicated in the listing.

The home was acquired through the assistance of Douglas Elliman agents Dina Goldentayer and Danilo Tavares, who declined to comment when approached by The New York Post.

Bezos’ $500 million superyacht, the Koru, complete with a helicopter landing pad, swimming pool, and a mermaid figurehead resembling his partner, Lauren Sanchez, is an ideal fit for this environment.

Despite its exclusivity, Indian Creek Island had only 81 residents according to the 2021 census. Notable neighbors in the area include Tom Brady, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and billionaire car dealer and former Philadelphia Eagles owner Norman Braman.
With this latest acquisition, Bezos’ real estate holdings on Indian Creek Island are valued at a staggering $261 million, adding to his opulent property portfolio.
This purchase marks a homecoming of sorts for Jeff Bezos, who graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1982.
