Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall provided a glimpse inside their nearly finished luxury Whale Beach mega-mansion on Thursday. Their ambitious $30 million project, likened to a Westfield-style home, has stirred controversy in the local community over recent years due to its extravagant scale and construction.
J Group Projects, Wall’s construction company, shared images on Instagram Stories showcasing the opulent exterior and the initial stages of a bowling alley within the property. Additionally, they revealed a snapshot of the three-story Hamptons-style residence’s exterior, highlighting a spacious outdoor area with a sizable pool and a substantial extension.

Last year, Jennifer, 40, and Jake, 41, secured approval for their grand residence in Whale Beach, situated 40 kilometers north of Sydney‘s CBD. Aerial footage from August revealed the construction site on the expansive plot of land.
Jennifer and her husband Jake received the construction go-ahead for their massive home last year, with ground being broken in the wealthy suburb of Whale Beach which is located 40 kilometres north of Sydney’s CBD
Despite approval, the multimillion-dollar project faced opposition from some locals, who voiced concerns to the council. Issues such as the proposed spa’s impact on the coastal landscape were raised, prompting the couple to revise their plans, although they proceeded with amenities like a gym, basketball court, pool, and bowling alley.
The mansion’s development has also affected nearby homeowners, making it challenging to lease or sell adjacent properties due to construction disturbances.
Upon completion, the mansion, four times the size of neighboring homes, will become Jennifer and Jake’s family residence. The couple, married since June 2013, share two children, daughter Frankie and son Hendrix.
