Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their spectacular $90.81 million home amidst rumors that the celebrity couple is nearing divorce.
The couple has enlisted the help of Santiago Arana from The Agency, a top real estate agent in Los Angeles, to sell the Beverly Hills mansion they purchased just last year for $60 million.
Previously, the couple had shown interest in a $34.5 million, 1400 square meter compound in Pacific Palisades, further north.
However, after considering nearly 100 properties, “Bennifer” chose the Beverly Hills estate as the perfect home for their blended family.
It appears this won’t be their forever home after all, as TMZ reported their realtor has been “showing the house for around two weeks,” and that “divorce is imminent” for the high-profile pair.
According to TMZ, Lopez and Affleck are asking for $65 million for the home, but given the millions spent on renovations, they are likely to incur a significant loss if the sale goes through.
This Pacific Palisades home was one of many the couple considered.

However, they passed on the $34.5 million property.
TMZ also revealed that Lopez is already house hunting, while Affleck is residing in a $100,000-per-month rental in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The home is still listed as sold.
Lopez and Affleck purchased the home after a two-year search.
They reportedly paid cash for the six-acre estate, which includes a 15-car garage, 17 bedrooms, and two dwellings, including a caretaker house.
The property also features an outdoor sports complex with a basketball setup, pickleball, a gym, a boxing ring, a bar, an infinity pool, and sweeping views over LA.
