Sydney’s best known real estate agent, John McGrath, has confirmed he has sold his Walsh Bay penthouse, saying he wants to buy a house where he can have “a couple of dogs”.
Mr McGrath is understood to have sold the split-level penthouse with Harbour Bridge views at the northern end of The Pier at Walsh Bay for about $8.5 million through Tasman Fallshaw, from City Living.
While not confirming the price, Mr McGrath, 55, told the Wentworth Courier exclusively:
“After living in the Walsh Bay region for well over a decade, I have decided my next venture in property will be to have a house where I can enjoy having a couple of dogs, particularly near parklands.
