According to STUFF the hilltop Maupuia mansion once owned by All Black great, the late Jonah Lomu, has been sold after being on the Trade Me market for nearly a year – for a second time.
A Wellingtonian has bought the Mediterranean-style property, which was the most-viewed listing on Trade Me last year, with 196,000 views.
Ann Curtis of Bayleys Real Estate says while the price and purchaser’s details cannot be disclosed at this time, offers were invited over $3 million. The house has an RV of $2.43 million.
