- The Court of Appeal is pleading for the family of late property magnate Hugh Green to stop their “destructive” fighting through the courts.
The family, who have been fighting over his $400m fortune, say they had repeatedly tried to agree on who should be at the helm of the Green empire but have not been able.
There are at least three proceedings before the court with the prospect of more to come.
In a hearing in July, Court of Appeal judges repeatedly expressed their dismay that the dispute had got so far.
