IT’S hard to imagine a career change at the age of 48, let alone becoming the best in your field.

SPACE Property Agents property consultant Judi O’Dea did just that and has twice been recognised as the number-one city agent in Queensland.

After many years as a fashion buyer, Ms O’Dea found herself unhappy and at a crossroads.

“I found myself at the end of everything at 48,” Ms O’Dea said.
