Trans-Tasman real estate network, One Agency, welcomed four further members to its network during June and Head of Australasian Membership, John Stewart confirmed that “Agreements are being finalised for at least that number to join during July.”
The second and third of several incoming newcomers in the South East of Victoria is launching his business in Leongatha this month.
“That operation is headed by Dean Jones, who brings a strong record in real estate on the back of a lengthy career managing advertising and marketing agencies in Australia and internationally.” Stewart added.
Nearby, in Baw Baw Shire and based from Warragul, Dean MacFarlane opened his business in recent days.
“With strong business experience prior creating a leading presence in the real estate sales market, we anticipate that Dean will quickly extend the brand’s reach across his market,” Stewart commented.
“ Interestingly, both Deans’s enquiries quickly followed that of Anthony Bloomfield, who opened his operation in the nearby La Trobe Valley, based from Traralgon a month or so ago.”
Closer to the brand’s Brookvale base, are two new Sydney businesses.
In Kings Langley, Scott Bowles is returning to the real estate industry after a break of several years.
“Scott’s considerable experience in the hospitality and food industries equip him well for today’s challenging real estate market, where communication, people skills and negotiating ability are more critical than ever,” Stewart added.
“Scott also now holds the record for the speed of his setup; from signing his Agreement through to market launch took a mere nine days, reflecting Scott’s professionalism and our model’s focus on simple fundamentals and excellence in systems.”
Across the city in Lakemba, Md Rawful Arafat and his wife Ayesha Siddiqua launch this month with an immediate focus on developing a strong rent roll.
“Ayesha brings deep experience in all facets of property management and backed by Arafat’s up-to-the-minute understanding of financial and taxation options and legislation, developed as a result of many years in the corporate and personal finance sector, we see them quickly becoming a ‘go-to’ rental force offering enhanced value to investors,” Stewart said.
One Agency is also rolling out a variation on its individual and office-based licensing system and Stewart anticipates the first group of many new operations will be confirmed in July.
CEO and Founder, Paul Davies commented “We’re hugely excited about this further innovation of our innovative model, both in New Zealand, where a number have already been trialled and in Australia where Victoria has also seen this revised approach successfully launched.
“We see a great many more of this extension or ‘pod license’ model to be issued in the coming months and years, affording existing, strong members the chance to greatly extend their operational reach.
“One Agency remains the fastest growing network this past two years, measured in net growth across all brands with over 35 offices, something we’re immensely proud of as we celebrate our eleventh anniversary” he added
