Music megastar Justin Bieber is making quick work of his property assets in LA, deciding to move on from his Beverly Hills abode he bought just last year.

The 26-year old purchased the property in 2019 for just over $12 million (US$8.5 million), but is now attempting to sell it for a small profit of $12.82 million (US$9 million), LATimes reports.
