After listing her Agoura Hills residence, actress Kaley Cuoco has acquired a newly constructed modern ranch-style estate in Westlake Village, marking another change in her Los Angeles property portfolio. In just over three months since putting her contemporary mansion in a somewhat remote section of Agoura Hills on the market for $7 million, Cuoco has wasted no time in securing a nearly 2-acre property nestled within a gated Westlake Village community on the outskirts of Los Angeles.
Public records reveal that the accomplished TV and film actress, best known for her role as Penny on The Big Bang Theory, as well as for her appearances in Based on a True Story, The Flight Attendant, and the ubiquitous Priceline commercials, has invested $6.4 million in a modern ranch-style home that was freshly constructed in 2023. This impressive abode boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spanning almost 7,000 square feet of primarily single-level living space. Meanwhile, the Agoura Hills residence she acquired from actor Taylor Lautner in a competitive bidding war in spring 2022 for $5.25 million remains on the market. Despite undergoing four price reductions since its initial listing in early June, it is currently available for $5.75 million.
The newly acquired property’s main level features a formal dining room adorned with a decorative wood wall, along with a gourmet kitchen equipped with a central island, top-of-the-line appliances, and a casual breakfast nook. Adjacent to this area is a family room with a wet bar and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, flanked by glass doors leading to the outdoors.
Additionally, the main level includes an office and three en-suite bedrooms, including a spacious master retreat boasting a fireplace, walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with dual vanities and a soaking tub. Two more bedrooms can be found in the basement, which also houses a climate-controlled wine cellar and a movie theater/game room. Outside, the spacious grounds feature a covered patio and ample space for equestrian facilities should Cuoco decide to indulge her passion for horses. The property also offers an attached four-car garage and a motorcourt in the front.

In addition to her properties currently on the market and her recent purchase, the California native also owns a 40-acre horse ranch in a secluded area of Ventura County, along with a Studio City townhouse she acquired in late 2015 for just $720,000.
Cuoco’s real estate agent father, Gary Cuoco of Re/Max Gold Coast, represented the buyer, while Jordan Cohen of Re/Max One acted on behalf of the seller.
