Former multi-code international rugby league footballer Karmichael Hunt is offloading his beautiful five bedroom Brisbane home as the growing family needs to move closer to the CBD.
The 35-year-old and his wife Emma, have owned their two storey home at 28 Newmarket Road, Hendra for seven years and are now moving to be closer to their daughters’ school, Somerville House.
The former footballer who retired from professional sport last year has swapped the footy boots for the textbooks and he’s just finished his undergraduate degree in psychology at USQ. He’s now undertaking a Masters of Psychology with his academic focus on mood profiling in elite sports.
“This was our first home we bought when we moved to Brisbane from the Gold Coast. It’s been the perfect family home for us as we have three daughters and a baby boy who has completed our family,” Mr Hunt said.
“It’s a family home, a big Queenslander with a modern extension and it’s open plan which is perfect for raising kids – we can see them all the time!
