It seems that Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom are slowly making the seaside neighborhood of Montecito, California their main residence.
While they continue to live in their Beverly Hills mansion that Katy acquired for $18 million back in 2018, the couple also recently dropped over $14 million on some new luxury digs in Montecito.
At the same time, Katy’s also just sold her other Beverly Hills home which acted as a guest house.
