Her private estate has sold for $18m (A$25.7m), after hitting the market in April with $19.5m price hopes, according to the LA Times.
The “Roar” singer pounced on the property in 2017 for $17,995,000, according to Mansion Global, meaning she will have basically broke even on her five-year investment.
The ivy-covered, Regency-style estate was built in 1959 across 504 sqm.
It features designer decor and a colourful palette throughout.

The floor plan includes a sky-lit gallery entrance and a step-down living room with a fireplace and a lavender-hued sofa. Sets of French doors open to the patio and lawn.
The formal dining room features an eye-catching table with purple velvet chairs. French doors here open to a dining terrace.
The spacious kitchen has plentiful white cabinets, a large island, and a butler’s pantry.
The mansion has five bathrooms and five bedrooms, including the primary suite.

That serene space comes with a fireplace, double wardrobes, a marble bath, and a garden terrace.
The musician’s retreat even features a guitar on one of the walls.
Other highlights include a wood-panelled library awash in blue hues. It opens to a terrace.
The lower level houses a media/family room and a gym with a sauna, cold plunge, and shower.

The parklike grounds encompass a large, grassy lawn, an infinity pool, and large trees.
Along with on-site security, there’s parking for “dozens” of cars, the listing notes.
Perry began her exodus from the hills when she sold a home just steps away from the one she’s just sold.
She had picked up the property for $7.45m (A$10.8m) 2018, intending to use it as a guesthouse for her family and friends, according to Realtor.

But she changed her mind and listed the home in 2020 for $7.95m (A$11.5m).
It was sold in May 2021 for $7.48m (A$10.8m).
Considered quite swanky for a “guesthouse,” the 410 sqm home has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The gated property also boasts a pool, lush lawn, and gardens.
The “California Gurl” singer, who hails from Santa Barbara, could be opting to spend more time in Montecito with partner Orlando Bloom.
