A KEW tennis court is tipped to be a hit with buyers when it goes under the hammer next month, with price expectations of more than $5 million.
The court occupies a 939sq m block on the coveted Sackville St, along with a garden, and is likely to make way for a luxury house when it changes hands.
Kay & Burton Hawthorn partner Sam Wilkinson said the offering was attached to a Tudor house as part of 71-77 Sackville St.
But as it occupied its own title at No. 77, its owners had decided to take a swing at selling it off.
