Kim Kardashian has just wrapped up extensive renovations on her opulent Malibu estate, which sits along the illustrious “billionaire row.” The renovations began earlier this year and have transformed her $70 million mansion.

The 42-year-old SKIMS founder, who acquired the property in September 2022, previously granted fans a tantalizing peek at the stunning abode during an episode of The Kardashians that aired in July.

Kim made substantial enhancements to the sprawling outdoor area, including replacing the light-colored tile on the wrap-around deck with smooth concrete for a modern and sleek aesthetic. She also introduced monochromatic outdoor furniture, featuring comfortable white sofas and chairs, to provide a relaxing spot for her, her family, and friends to revel in the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

The windows in the four-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style home have been updated to allow abundant natural light to flood the interiors. The exterior, which occupies a grand three acres of land, has received a fresh coat of paint in a light shade to complement the modern color scheme.

Landscaping efforts were undertaken on the surrounding hill, and the pool area was furnished with outdoor furniture. According to the New York Post, the Malibu mansion was previously owned by Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, along with retired hedge fund manager Adam Weiss, who was the most recent owner.

This TV personality’s Malibu residence boasts amenities like tennis courts, a swimming pool, a square-shaped spa, and a cabana. It also includes a private path leading to a beach just below the estate.

Before Kim’s renovations, Jesse Harrison, the senior principal of Harrison Design, had detailed some of the previous upgrades. He explained that their team and clients had transformed the entire property into a serene, Zen-like oasis, embracing the natural palette and materials of Southern California. In addition to refreshing the pool, spa, and cabana area, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking area, interior entry courtyard, and a relaxing outdoor space adjacent to the gym.

During a July episode of The Kardashians, Kim took her sister Khloe on a tour of her newly acquired Malibu retreat. The star’s neighbors include A-list celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond. Kim shared her vision of using the mansion as the ultimate party venue for her friends and family, expressing that owning a home in Malibu had been a lifelong dream.

Despite the need for further refurbishment and remodeling, Kim was elated with her substantial purchase, which followed news of her ex, Kanye West, making controversial statements. The home represented a dream come true for Kim, and she couldn’t believe she had achieved a goal she once considered unrealistic.

In the episode, Kim and Khloe explored the property, with Kim revealing her plans for various rooms. They marveled at the oceanfront view, describing it as “gorgeous” and akin to a painting. Kim explained that the house would be a mix of a party and kid-friendly space, fostering incredible memories for her children and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her Malibu mansion, the SKIMS founder also owns a lavish $60 million mega-mansion in Hidden Hills, California, which occasionally makes appearances on social media and her TikTok account shared with her daughter, North.
