Eighteen new apartments have been announced for Mt Albert under the Government’s KiwiBuild programme.
They will be built at the Tuatahi development, which is a partnership between Ockham Residential and Marutūāhu iwi.
The head of KiwiBuild, Stephen Barclay, said the apartments, which will range in price from $435,000 to $600,000, would be aimed at city livers.
“These are highly desirable, architecturally-designed and well-appointed apartments in central Auckland,” he said.
