A second Canterbury house for sale under the Government’s Kiwibuild scheme was on the market last year but failed to shift.
The three-bedroom house built by Mike Greer Homes in Rolleston was marketed by Ray White while it was under construction last year for $459,0000. It was later put up for sale at the same price under the Government scheme to build 100,000 affordable homes across New Zealand over the next 10 years.
The house at 89 Faringdon Avenue is the sixth home to hit the market in Canterbury under the KiwiBuild deal between the Government and Mike Greer Homes to build 65 affordable homes in the region.
