Nine lifestyle block sections on a former livestock and cattle grazing farm that has been ‘land-banked’ for two generations have been placed on the market for sale.

The sections in Whitford just south of Auckland are level north-facing sites at 250 Whitford Park Road – ranging in size from 3,300 square meres to 14,900 square metres.

The land has been owned by members of the Arlington family since the middle of last century, and are now being offered for sale by negotiation through Bayleys Papakura.

Salesperson Peter Sullivan expected bare land prices within the subdivision to fetch around $200 per square metre.

“The sections are located in a stunning peaceful valley in one of Whitford’s most attractive locations. These sections are rare, as they are almost all flat to gentle rolling sites allowing a large usable area,” he said.

“We are marketing to people looking to build their dream home on a small piece of private land just a few minutes drive from Botany, Howick, and the motorway.

“This is one of the most impressive lifestyle developments you will see on offer today. The location is close shopping centres, schools, parks, and of course the Whitford Park Golf Club.

“This is an opportunity for purchasers to build their dream home in this magnificent natural environment – with nine sites remaining.”

Roading and utility services within the development have been laid to the street entrance of all nine sections. The works project is being managed by former New Zealand polo player and long-time Clevedon resident Cody Forsyth.

In line with the Clevedon and Whitford regions’ strong affiliation with Auckland’s polo circuit, roads within the enclave have been named after polo fields around the world.
