A landmark contemporary house in Aro Valley, Wellington that sold in March for $1,510,000 – a record price for the suburb – was sold again in October for a mere $732,000.
It is believed the out-of-town owner who bought the Epuni Street property in March had uncovered “issues around watertightness” and never moved into the house.
At the time of the latest sale, listing agent James Higgie of Bayleys said the company was marketing it “as is”.
