One of Brisbane’s most viewed properties of 2018 finally sold for $3 million this week to a mysterious Gold Coast buyer.
The dual-level contemporary five-bedroom creation, Woodrock, in Rockbourne Terrace, Paddington, inspired a social media storm last year when its video drew more than 40,000 views in less than 72 hours.
The final of two landmark houses up for grabs on a plumb double-corner block, it was built from scratch by brothers Rob and Andrew Gray, of Graya Constructions.
