Number 322, which is sandwiched between two other old homes on a 205 square-metre site, underwent a massive makeover that included a new top storey and bold exterior repaint.
Ramon Kane of Tommy’s Real Estate confirms the house was sold “well in excess of the $4.05 million RV”.
“It has been sold to a lovely Wellington family,” he says. “I had been working closely with them and thought this house would be a perfect fit. It had been listed with another agency, so I approached the vendors.”
