The fifth and final house that featured on The Block NZ: Girls v Boys was sold under the hammer today, for $1.16 million.
A Bayleys Real Estate spokesperson says there were three bidders at the auction of the two-bedroom townhouse in St Johns Road, Meadowbank, which all the contestants had a hand in renovating.
Unlike the other houses on the show, this one was sold unfurnished.
