A Darling Point beauty has hit the market that’s part of a rare enclave comprising a mere four homes on one of the most exclusive tips of land in the world.
The Lindsay Ave home is set to be marketed exclusively by real estate industry icon Alison Coopes of Agency by Alison Coopes with a $35 million price guide.
The 900sqm parcel of land with a grand architectural masterpiece of five bedrooms and six glamorous bathrooms belongs to automotive legend Laurie Sutton, of the family-owned motor group Suttons, which has 24 dealerships and been operating since 1943.
