A failed construction company in Blenheim had a Ford Mustang as a company car, while a Grand Jeep Cherokee, boat, and motorbike registered to a director were paid for with company funds, according to the liquidator.
The liquidator of RBH, trading as Rose Built Homes, has now seized the boat and some of the vehicles as he seeks to recover money for creditors.
The move comes as the executive director of the company – which owes creditors, mostly Marlborough businesses, $1.4 million – apologised for its failure.
