It holds sentimental value since it was bought by her late mother Beryl in 1996 at $388,000, in partnership with Wilkinson.

The home has been in the Wilkinson family for almost three decades.
Last month Cremorne Point had 41 properties for rent at a $675 per week medium, reflecting an annual rental yield of just 2.3 per cent.
Based on five years of sales, it has seen a compound growth rate of 22 per cent for units, according to realestate.com.au.
