LJ Hooker and Harveys have recognised its top performers across Australia and New Zealand at its annual conference and International Awards gala, recently.

LJ Hooker and Harveys Group New Zealand Managing Director Josephine Kinsella said the awards night is the most important event of the year, especially in a challenging market.

“Despite the market challenges faced by the real estate industry, many of our offices have pushed through and achieved outstanding results. The purpose of our annual awards night is to give our people the recognition and value they deserve – the sheer volume of awards this year demonstrates their ongoing commitment and dedication.”

LJ Hooker Mosgiel property specialist Paul Anderton was crowned World Champion Salesperson for the number of properties sold over the last 12 months.

“Paul’s commitment to finding the right buyer for the right property is a shining example of leadership and determination. He has remained focused on upholding best practice standards and achieving results for his customers, and this award is recognition of that,” said Ms Kinsella.

A major winner on the night was LJ Hooker Dunedin, which took home the World Champion Sales Office award.

“The Dunedin office is consistently a top performer across the group’s Australia and New Zealand network. To win the coveted LJ Hooker World Champion Sales Office title is a stunning achievement that is well deserved.”

In other major awards, announced at the International Awards evening, Harveys Te Atatu was named World Champion Productive Team. The award recognises an agency’s strength in personnel by measuring the highest averages in sales and value over the last 12 months across each person in the team.

“Harveys Te Atatu have gone the extra mile to work as a team and best service their customers, and this award recognises their outstanding efforts.

“LJ Hooker and Harveys prides itself on providing the best possible support for our network and everyone in the LJ Hooker and Harveys family. We are successful because of our people and our annual awards are a great way to recognise everyone who contributes to this success,” Ms Kinsella concluded.

The awards night took place during a three-day conference, Pinnacle 2019, on the Gold Coast in Australia.
