Longtime Broadbeach developer Con Nikiforides who built Oracle and Niecon Plaza has died

• FAMED Broadbeach developer Con Nikiforides has died, age 56.

The man who built Oracle towers and Niecon Plaza passed away late yesterday afternoon surrounded by family following a long battle with cancer.

Mr Nikiforides is survived by his wife, three sons, mother and brother.
