Two luxury SUVs parked in Du Val boss Kenyon Clarke’s driveway were repossessed and sold following a Financial Markets Authority (FMA) raid. The vehicles, a 2022 Land Rover Defender and a 2022 Range Rover, were listed for auction and have since been sold. Clarke claims he’s being deprived of resources to fight Du Val’s statutory management, with only a court-ordered $1,500 weekly allowance. PwC, the statutory managers, confirmed the repossessions and frozen accounts, citing Du Val’s significant liabilities of $250 million. Clarke criticizes the restrictions as unjust and unwarranted.

This Range Rover was also repossessed by a secured creditor after the FMA raid, according to PwC. It’s since been sold.
