- TWO OF Malaysia’s largest developers have launched a $650 million masterplanned community on the northern Gold Coast.
Serenity Cove is being developed by SDSC, a joint-venture partnership between Sime Darby and Brunsfield International Group.
SDSC, which has owned the Helensvale site for eight years, has timed the launch of its flagship Australian project to meet increased demand for land on the Gold Coast.
