A Manawatū couple are mucking in to build themselves a unique million-dollar dream home of logs and stone they hope will stay in the family for generations.
Toni and Brook Strawbridge, and their children Zevian, 4, and Azaria, 2, have had a ball living in a caravan and travelling around New Zealand for the past two years since they sold their last home.
But with a section of the family farm on Ruakawa Rd in Ashhurst awaiting them, they didn’t want to settle for any old home.
