- Manawatu/Whanganui has been named as one of the best regions for young home buyers, although it may not always seem that way to struggling house hunters.
Financial advice company Credit Simple chief executive David Scognamiglio said their data showed Manawatu/Whanganui was emerging as one of the best places to be for young Kiwis wanting to get a foot on the property ladder.
