| New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) managed the sale of the beachfront five-bedroom home on Aranui Road. NZSIR Nelson-Tasman managing director Steve Kelso says the unprecedented sale reinforces the strength of the local property market, despite some price decreases in other areas of NZ.
