Dale Cage, the partner of Maroons coach Wayne Bennett, has bought back in Queensland.

She’s spent $610,000 on a three-bedroom home in Wynnum, the coastal suburb of Brisbane.

The property was a likely rebuild project. Last changing hands in 1988 when sold for $67,500, the two-level home on 490sqm was bought for $40,000 less than its asking price.

The pair sold their Yeronga near-riverfront property for $2.12 million in 2019, as they made the move to Sydney when Bennett took the top job at the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Bennett’s once coached the South Brisbane Magpies who lost to the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls in the 1984 Brisbane Rugby League grand final.
