The matriarch of a Rich List family who was trying to sue her two sons and a grandson has lost her case, a judge has ruled.
Elizabeth Huljich, an 88 year old widow, alleged two of her three sons Christopher Huljich and Michael Huljich and her grandson Peter Huljich abused her trust and took her money. The allegations were denied by the defendants.
